How Our Editing Service Works

  1. 01

    Record & Upload

Record your episode, save your raw files and upload them to our shared Dropbox folder, letting us know any special notes.

  2. 02

    Edit & Master

We remove mistakes, background noise and unwanted breaks, add your intro, outro and section files, then master and export your optimised MP3.

  3. 03

    Review & Publish

You review the final file, then we help with final checks, show notes and uploading to your hosting provider if required.

Your Questions Answered

When is my podcast edited and when will it be ready?

Once you upload your latest episode, we generally start working on it straight away. Typically your episode will be ready within 6 days of receiving your files.

Do I get to review my episode before it is scheduled for release?

Yes, we ensure you have sufficient time to review your episode and give us feedback, working out what suits your show best.

Do I enter into any contracts with you?

No, there are no signed agreements. You will need to agree to our terms and conditions, but you can cancel your service at any time.

What if I release more than 4 episodes per month?

This isn't a problem - we can come up with an arrangement that works around your frequency of episode release.

What if my episodes are not the same length each time?

We give each episode meticulous attention; a typical 35-minute episode takes a couple of hours to edit, and we can accommodate longer episodes too.
